Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are either made-to-order Gallery Art or provided as immediate digital downloads (eBooks), we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect selection.
Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBook and digital download purchases are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the purchase is complete and the download link has been provided.

Made-to-Order Gallery Art
Each piece in our collection is printed and assembled specifically for you at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us at contact@neumessence.com within 72 hours of receiving your art. Please include:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Once we evaluate the issue, we will work with our printing partner to send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to digital products, we do not accept returns on any made-to-order gallery art, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union "Cooling Off" Period
For physical goods, EU residents have a 14-day window to cancel. However, please note:

Digital Content: By purchasing an eBook and starting the download, you express consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Custom Goods: Our gallery art is printed on-demand and is exempt from the right of withdrawal as "goods made to the consumer's specifications."
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or a verified duplicate purchase (digital) where a replacement or file access is not possible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
