We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all selections from our artwork gallery. Whether you are choosing a small accent piece or a large statement work, shipping is always on us.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

To ensure the highest quality, each piece is custom made to order. Our delivery process includes the following stages:

Order Processing
Once your payment has cleared, your order is manually reviewed and submitted to our production team. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

Fulfillment
After processing, your artwork is printed, framed, or carefully hand-wrapped for shipment. This stage usually takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping
Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes 3–6 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Most gallery orders arrive within 6–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your artwork ships. If your order includes multiple pieces, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure each item is properly protected during transit.

Damaged Items

We take great care in both the creation and packaging of our artwork. If your piece arrives damaged, such as a dented canvas or a damaged frame, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Once reported, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
